Umenoyado Aragoshi Yuzu 梅乃宿 柚子酒 (細果粒)

Using juice from Japanese yuzu carefully selected from around the country, this extravagant yuzu liqueur offers the unique acidity and refreshing taste of yuzu blended with Umenoyado’s sake.
The juice flavor varies each year, depending on the cultivar and where it comes from, so we carefully analyze and adjust the ingredients to achieve the right balance.
We use the juice of about 20 yuzu per 1800 ml, or about 8 per 720 ml. By blending these with Umenoyado’s sake, we have been able to soften the alcohol taste as well as the yuzu's bitterness and acidity, to further enhance the fruitiness, and create a very palatable liqueur. Best enjoyed on the rocks or with soda.
