Suze 1000ml

A famed French aperitif liqueur flavoured with gentian root, giving a spicy, fruity and delicately bitter drink. Traditionally it's served neat, with tonic or with orange juice as well as a flavour in many cocktails. According to the manufacturers in Switzerland it's also enjoyed with Coke.

Since 1889, Suze has excelled in the art of combining gentian with other botanicals to create a range of aromatic bitters. This French aperitif with strong ties to Belle Epoque café culture is experiencing a revival in the thriving spritz and cocktail scene. Luminously yellow and delicately bitter with citrus undertones, Suze, which became part of Pernod in 1965, is delicious served neat on ice with a citrus twist, with tonic, or paired in cocktails.
