Fresh yuzu aroma with a medium body and soft texture. This sake was awarded the Champion Junmai at the International Wine Challenge 2010 (IWC).

「吟撰」可算是品賞「梵」的入門酒，曾榮獲2010 IWC（International Wine Challenge）獲評為最佳純米酒，這款清酒原是酒造因日本皇室愛子公主誕生的特別製作酒款，亦是由日本皇室在國宴中用來招待各重要貴賓的清酒。吟撰的味道像是在平穩的香味中帶著一絲如葡萄和柚子般輕微苦澀的辛口酒。酒造採用了山田錦來釀製此酒，其精米步合為50%，經過零度儲藏一年熟成， 是一款最適合品嚐「梵」的入門酒品。
