This Junmai Daiginjo was brewed using the underground water flowing from Minami-Alps’ Mt. Kaikoma, in the town famous for its water called “Hakushu." This sake is wonderful during meals and gives off a perfectly balanced fruity aroma, a characteristic of a Daiginjo. Kinunoaji Junmai Daiginjo's greatest aspect is it’s clean, refreshing taste which makes this a wonderful food pairing sake.

用白州的甲斐駒ヶ岳的伏流水釀造的純米大吟釀。味道 瀰長於口壁四周;清爽的口感亦保留著大吟釀獨有的果 香,是餐酒不能缺少的美酒。
