Using 100% of Omachi rice with an impressive rice polishing ratio of 35%. Without using any water to dilute for archieving the "Genshu" standard but has the alcohol level maintained at 13%. Compared to the 3 Grain Omachi released earlier this year, this 2 grain has an even stronger peach aroma with a well balanced sweetness yet exxtremely smooth in the texture.
