James and Annie Millton are synonymous with Biodynamic farming and have been pushing New Zealand's winemaking boundaries since planting their Te Arai vineyard in 1984. They are also known for producing some of New Zealand's finest Chenin Blanc. The Libiamo range represents the next generation for the Millton family, in particular their children, this generation now look for something that is completely un-manipulated and doesn't leave a debt or burden on the planet.
This is the first release Muscat à Petits Granis under this label. Handpicked, destemmed and fermented on skins in clay amphora for 14 days. Unfined and unfilterd with minimal So2 added. This wine is a statement of origin and sense of place, something that Millton wines always capture in the bottle.
