The Kimmeridgian escarpment of Fourchaume is reputed to produce some of the best Chablis wines and the South West exposure of the vines means that they bask in the warm afternoon sun. The wine presents itself in a beautiful brilliant pale gold color. The nose is floral and the mouth is fresh with nice notes of citrus fruits. Beautiful minerality in the finish.
