Kirakuchou Sakura Junmaishu Sake makes you feel the arrival of spring. The faintly sweet aroma and soft sweetness of honey-filled fruit create an elegant and mellow taste that reminds you of spring. The bottle is a Kirakucho original bottle with cherry blossoms in full bloom. It is also recommended as a present.
這次位於滋賀縣的「喜多酒造」便為各位酒迷帶來春季限定的純米「生酒」喔！口感新鮮清爽不在話下，開瓶瞬間帶有溫和、如蜜果般香氣在空中飄逸，不禁令日聯想到春天初臨的氣息。入口帶著如蜜餞水果的淡淡果香，十分順滑易入口！麴米、山田錦的旨味甘味、和米本身的味道搭配平衡，使味道的深度和輕快並存，後段清爽乾淨。冷飲配搭日本「花見」的定番壽司十分適合，慢慢放至常溫的話與另一款定番料理炸物等都很合適啊！
