Traditional Method vintage sparkling comprising 76% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay.

In keeping with the Josef Chromy Wines’ house style, this wine has not undergone malolactic fermentation, instead relying on the Pinot Noir to add richness and flesh. Aged on lees for 4 years.

Aromas of fresh rising dough give roundness to the nose. The palate is generous with beautiful mouthfeel and texture. On the palate, red apple skin and brioche notes with hints of seaspray minerality. Softer acid profile owing to the warmer vintage. Perfect to drink now.
