這款酒釀製於離富士山相當近的靜岡縣清水地區,以因清澈溪流與香魚而知名的興津川地下伏流水做為釀製用水,並由承繼洗練的釀酒技藝的南部杜氏派的釀酒職人們親手將總重 600 公斤的稻米以傳統吟釀的釀酒方式釀製成 1.3 噸的酒。釀酒用米均以手工清洗,且僅吸收有限的水分,並經過 30 天以上的長期低溫發酵期間釀製。自開始販售含有渣滓的氣泡日本酒後的 14 年之間,該釀酒廠不斷提升酒質,終於成功地創造出採用除渣香檳製法的氣泡日本酒。這款酒的香氣與風味均相當強烈,且可享受二氧化碳氣泡極為細膩的入喉感受,是一款氣泡強度與香檳同等,讓喜歡香檳的人也能樂在其中的日本酒。
