This attractive pale gold Chardonnay unleashes tropical aromas of pear, apricot, banana and pineapple, with hints of nuts and vanilla. This full-flavored wine delivers a palate of lingering peach and citrus notes, with a touch of toasty spice.
This Chardonnay was harvested at optimal ripeness in late September 2017. It was fermented in stainless steel tanks, with a mix of new French and American oak at different toast levels. The oak portion also completed malolactic fermentation, making the blend extra rich, a little buttery and the perfect amount of toast.
