A modern, cool beer with a traditional saison, made more refreshing with herbs.

Fresh herbs are used to prevent astringency and bitterness, and the alcohol content is set at 4.5%, slightly lower than the traditional style. However, it is also moderately drinkable because more wheat is used to prevent it from becoming watery.
The fruity estery aroma is emphasized and the phenolic content is kept low to increase drinkability and satisfy the summer demand for beer.
