Dorrien Estate was established in 1988, in an old railway centre, nestled in the heart of Barossa. These wines are sure to go down in history, along with the old railway centre they are homed in. Their connection to far reaching places has always been at the core of what they do.

Aroma: The Bin 10 Shiraz has lovely distinct dark and fruity berry aromas. The fresh and silkiness of the aroma is dominant.
Palate: On the palate, red berries and plum characters draw you in. Firm tannins, subtle oak notes leading towards a long lengthy finish gives this drop a name in itself.
Serving Suggestions: The rich flavors of Shiraz pair well with roasted vegetables such as eggplant, bell peppers, and zucchini. Add some herbs and spices for extra flavor.
