In the creation of the Campiere Appassimento, the "Don" has almost surpassed himself. The result is an amazing cuvée, which combines the dry character of the wine with the juicy fruit acid wonderfully.
In the glass it shines in a deep ruby red, crossed by dark purple shades. The bouquet is also reminiscent of dark, juicy fruits and berries: wild black cherries, ripe blackberries and black currants as well as the scent of tasty figs flatter the nose. It is made even more complex by a touch of wild berry jam, fine dark chocolate and red plums.
The highlight then unfolds in taste on the palate: The Don Campiere only really shows its full intense aroma of juicy berries and fruits. Velvety soft tannins and a subtle fruit sweetness combine to a full-bodied overall package. Enjoy this wine slightly chilled with a drinking temperature between 13-18° C.
