Juniper Berries, Bauhinia flowers (Hong Kong Origin), coriander, angelica, orris, lemon peel, ginger, chamomile, almond, grains of paradise and jasmine

AROMA
A super-stylish, smooth elegant gin with fresh pine aromas of the juniper, fragrant floral scents and a hint of citrus

PALATE
Spicy, warm ginger and peppery juniper on the first taste supported by layers of floral sweetness at mid-palate with grains of paradise and shades of eastern spices. Medium finish with a hint of nutty creaminess and a long floral aftertaste

SERVING
Ideal on its own or for a G&T using premium light tonic and garnish with orange zest or as a base for a martini
